Lake Erie Boatanchors Group

The Lake Erie Boatanchor group is a bunch of ham radio enthusiasts that have a huge appreciation for old ham radio equipment. There is no organization and no membership.

The meetings that we have are NOT hamfests! I wish to emphasize that. The meeting is a place to see friends and bring any old ham radio equipment that you wish to see passed on for use by someone else. All equipment exchanged at our meetings is done without regard to what the equipment may be worth on an internet auction site. We simply expect that you will personally use any equipment that you acquire at our meetings. Reselling any of this equipment and profiting from our generosity is strongly frowned upon and asking Ebay prices for equipment that you bring will not be welcomed.

ICOM 735 + other stuff 4 trade???

Hello Group, Doug/K8IDW here. Qth: Wellington (S.Lorain County)

I’ve got some excess gear I’d like to trade for “whatever”…. I’ve got at least
3 really  nice D-104 mics, and 1 Turner 444D mic.. Also, I’ve got 1 D-104
Hand mic that’s in great shape.. Trade for ????

I’ve got a couple 811 tubes that have the “Collins” brand on them,
Trade for ????

I’ve got a Really Sweet ICOM 735. It’s got the CW filter, and has the
J mod done. It actually has the little plastic door and the
Door actually works!. Also, I’ve got the matching SM microphone,
And the matching hand mic, and the original shipping carton (the
Original box is used & abused, but still intact). The rig is flawless
With hardly a scratch. Why do I want to trade it? Well, I don’t really,
I’m just tired of looking at it and wanted to try something different.
Its one of 2 spare HF rigs and gets hardly any use. I’d like to trade
It for a rig of similar value, age, etc…. Something all solid state, just
To have something different to play with.

If interested, please contact me at k8idw@yahoo.com
Tnx es 73 Doug
